ExpertDr Mahesh PatilPaediatrician3 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 10 months old and she doesn’t have any teeth yet so mostly she is having a deficiency of calcium vitamin d3 so give her syrup ossopan D 5 ml twice a day for three months

deficiency is there or not will be told by the fdoctor
there is no need to worry because many times the first tooth eruption may occur as late as 18 months also
so if yoxur personal doctor is not worried then no need to worry from your side
