My baby is 10 month old. He releases oot of gas at night during sleep and cries during it. How can I help him? Should I eat any particular food. Pls help

A. yes, you should watch what you eat, affect your baby. apply hing paste around navel, I would say , if he is asleep after crying for while in sleep leave him and comfort him if he wakes.
