The haemoglobin levels are not appropriate actually affects the growth and specially the appetite and diet of the child who start with an iron supplement and if you think that if you force your child and your child is eating and the growth is happening then there is no problem but try doing this way that add salt and spices give proper food to the child hopefully that would be good for you to use
