my baby is 1 year 1 month old. He is suffering from fever and from eyes he is getting yellow colour thing. WT it means....why yellow colour substance coming eye...pls give me some suggestion to cure

A. may be its some pus coing out...cleanit woth moist cotton couple of times a dat, limit giving sugary food. n consult ur doctor in person. all tge very best..
