My baby is 1 month old. My Breastmilk is reduced. I want to restart my baby to take Breastmilk. How to increase breast milk?

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good evening for now in order to start relactating I would recommend you to try to have Himalaya shatavari with milk it has to be taken twice in a day to make sure that you have good milk supply for your child
