Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 10 m old boy3 months agoA. Hello my dear parent! Continue to exclusively breastfeed baby, well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration and weight gain. There should be a minimum weight gain of 400 to 500 g per month in the first few months. Speak to your doctor for further guidance.
