My baby is 1 month and 3 days old. His current weight is 2.5 kg and at the time of birth he was 2.8 kg. It's been one month he has not gained weight. What I should do about it?

A. Hello dear parent! A little plus or minus in weight is normal in the first few months after birth. No need to worry as long as your baby is active and healthy, accepting feeds, passing adequate urine 6 to 8 times in a day. Continue breastfeeding your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition and hydration. Good luck and take care.
