My baby is 1 month 7 days old. I had a c section delivery. I often feel hungry at midnight. can I have egg/omlette as a midnight snack?

A. Yes of course you can have whatever you want as a midnight snack especially when you’re breast-feeding there will be hunger pangs because of all the energy that is being used in producing the milkWrite Your Answer Here
