shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello Mom this is very normal in the new born babies because sometimes their eyes ducts are blocked which will open naturally within few months you just keep on pressing the nose in between the eyes with your finger tips two or three times in a day and ask your doctor for some drops
