Q.

My baby in his last consultation with doc, his weight was around 7.5kg. Nw 1 n half month pass by. Bt i feel sometime he is low in weight while carrying and so checking weight, he remains the same as in last. Is this ok or is there any problem. He is about 6 months now and hereafter i need to start solids to him

A. Hi mom Focus on giving healthy food Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Take a good care of your baby Give adequate water Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food
