my son weight was 5kg in last month,now he's around 4.5kg.

If Your time was 5 KG last month and now it is 4.5 kgs then your child has lost 500 g weight right doctor for that because losing weight at this age is not a good thing because kids normally gain good and healthy weight at this age so I think you need to get it checked with your doctor
