my baby having loose motions for past 5 days . She is 6 months old what should i do?

well ,it takes time to get cured
although , it is advisable to visit your pediatrician for once.
give natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
avoid introducing new food for now
keep your child well hydrated
maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner
