A. give ors for each loose motion episode and a simple diet of rice, dal, khichdi, curd, buttermilk, apple, banana. the probiotics in curd can help reduce symptoms.d if no improvement in 1-2 days, consult a doctor. avoid outside milk, cerelac, sugary, and processed foods, but continue breastfeeding. suitable foods include poha, daliya, upma, mamra, and idli. administer econorm sachet twice daily for 3 days. d
