baby poop is redish greeny colour .what is the proolem

Green colour stool is normal in babies. Teething can bring out green stools due to increased saliva. But if the poop is red, or blood stains are there then this is due to infection in stomach. For this u need to consult with your doctor for the same as he will prescribe medicine after the proper evaluation of the baby.
