my baby have loose motions since three days using econorm sachets shall I start taxim o drops

A. we are using sebamed soap and lotion after using lotion baby skin looks oily right know she is having pimples over her face shall we change soap and lotion plz suggest best soap and lotion right know skin looks dry

A. no you cannot give antibiotics without medical consultation. also if it's viral infection or an allergy then there is no role of antibiotics.x all infection and illness doe not require antibiotics. also dosage is given as per infection and type of disease. meet your dr for proper advice.
