my baby have boils behind his ears, in one finger and small redness like Mosquito bites on his face.. what are those ?? and the reason??

A. it seems that the child is having heat bubbles I would recommend you try to put neosporin powder on a to make it completely dry apart from that I would recommend you try to keep your child in air conditioned room
