my baby have a dry skin on skull and forehead back she is constantly itching I m using steroid but not affacted

my. 3months old baby had dry skin on cheeks ... I applied mustard seed oil to his navel it took one month to heel but now his skin is very smooth ... u can try that too.. it takes bit time to heel...
