my baby hav small pink bumps like resembling small pimples around his mouth.now they hv spread all over face

Do a small patch test before using it entirely to your baby’s skin. Maintain a good personal hygiene for your baby. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand. Speak to your doctor for further advice.
