My baby has Vomiting and Diarrhoea with no fever , 2nd day Only Diarrhoea, 3rd Day fever and Diarrhoea and now from 2 Days he have fever only. What should we do?

A. hi. give him syplmptomstic trearment. offer him lots fluids to keep him hydrate. and it is preferable to visit yiur local doctor in person fir further advice .
