Q.

my baby has very low haemoglobin count 7.8 gms.i have him iron syrup but that cusead her diarrhoea.plz advice

A. 7.8 hb% is less. talk to your paediatrician once.. give iron rich diet to your baby.. Pulses, such as baked beans, kidney beans, chickpeas, garbanzo beans, lentils, and peas are extremely good for your baby as they are rich in iron. Broccoli, and Spinach is another iron-loaded vegetable. Dried apricots, figs, raisins and prunes can be healthy finger food. Nuts are also a great source of iron,

A. Hi dear mom To increase the hemoglobin of ur baby give food that is rich in iron like apple, Banana, guava, brinjal, spinach, tomatoes, raisins, pomergrate etc to ur baby. Take care
