Q.

my baby has seviour fever but no cold and cough my pediatric suggested paracitmol syrup 3 ml every 4 or 6 hrs but no use fever is not decreasing my baby is not eating at all fever is increasing plz help

A. yes it is ok for now to give. Some running nose or phlem is due to the common cold and flu due to season change . Steam along with other home remedy like maintain baby temperature will help . Other medications like paracetamol for fever can be given if any fever .
