my baby has severe diarrhoea and vomiting also suffer fever his treatment will continue but he has no effect also diarrhoea will occur what can I do

examination is needed by the doctor for need of antibiotics.
can give probiotics like econorm / sporolac / enterogermina one to two times as per dr's recommendations. a
give easily digestible food.
ors to be given if loose motion is in more quantity to prevent deahydration and ensure adequate glucose level in the body.
for vomiting give syp emeset / ondem / vomikind 5ml.
do not give milk
