Can give indirect steam inhalation in which steam is just in surrounding of baby. It can help to remove mucus by coughing process.

Keep a bowl full of chopped onion near her bed approx three feet far overnight.
Thia is very helpful in getting rid of cold.
You maygive her a spoon of lukewarm water every hour in the daytime (don't wake her up though)
Don't use RO water
Use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
Take sunbath daily with her head and ears covered
