If your baby is below 1 year then I would suggest to apply coconut oil and your breastmilk only. Most skin related issues in babies below 1 year go on own by doing the same.
Otherwise you can apply Clocip powder or bitadin. Both are anti fungal and bacterial in nature and quite effective.
