my baby has painless vacine after that she got fever cold n cough after 2nd day she got lose motion 4-5 in a day .. is this normal

really speaking painless vaccine is a misnomer and most of the side effects of standard vaccine are seen even with painless vaccine.so don't worry such side effects are expected

should I opt for painless. somebody says painless fever less doesn't work properly. fever is mandatory.
