my baby has heavy ghur sound from nose and cough.... but she is active and taking breastfeeding normally

Your child will be having cold and cough probably which is why this is the situation so I’m just going to recommend you to kindly consult your doctor once and the doctor will be able to examine the child physically and can tell you ahead of this meant to be done
