No problem. Infact it is good that baby is trying to speak or making sound. Give baby good massage. Keep talking with the baby.
Continue breastfeeding till 6 month exclusively and don't forget to burp after every feed.
Try using Babyhug bed protector and Babyhug reusable muslin cloth diaper in daytime.
