my baby has had a fever for 3 days then fever gone but her fever came back after 3 days what to do

A. fever for more than 3 days is not a simple fever and examination is required for the same and you canx continue to give the fever medicine like paracetamol and if needed higher medicine like ibugesic / meftal p. kindly do body sponge and give fluids at regular intervals and regular diet dand meet the doctor immediately.
