For few days don't use diapers, use cloth langots. After every wet langot, wipe off the area clean (along with the previously applied cream), tap the area dry, apply fresh cream and then the langot. The cream cures as well as prevents growth of rashes any further.

LavanyaGuardian of a 4 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi. My baby too had this. 1)Wash the area with lukewarm water. let it dry. Let the area breathe free in the morning for 1-2hrs before bath.
2)apply some coconut oil anytime. It works the best.
3)When baby has rashes, i use Merries for few days. They are the best diapers. Little costly but baby doesnt get rashes.
