my baby has got a black small dots lining on the upper teeth. firstly it was on one tooth and now it has got on the neighboring one also. is this tooth decaying? we are applying gc tooth mousse once in a day. what else can we do

Ru Giving any kind of iron supplement to the child if you’re giving any kind of iron supplement to the child then I think that is happening because of that only it’s one reason otherwise it is better to get a check with a paediatric dentist once for better clarity
