Small black dots on front teeth... what is the symptoms? what is the solution?

A. black spots could be because of if baby is taking any iron supplements medicine.. tooth decay.. consult the dentist.. follow good oral care routine.. brushing twice is recommended.. restrict sugar and sweet intake..
