My baby has fever for more than 5 days even after giving antibiotics and paracetamol

A. kindly continue the medicine given by your doctor and take a follow up after 3 days of starting medicined. follow up is also required because the doctor will tell you whether you have to continue the same medicines or there will be changedd in the medicines .
