My baby has fever after vaccinations instead of Crocin drops. Can I give cold sponging to lower down the temperature

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having a fever after shivering after taking vaccinations so it not essential to give Paracetamol but mild fever only frequent breast feeding is also enough
