my baby has diaper rashes, can you please suggest some rash cream. Currently I'm using Himalaya crash cream, I don't see any betterment.
Also my baby is having loose stools, as he was having a cough since last week. Cough and cold is getting better,but loose stools have started.
My pediatrician is suggested medicines and I don't see betterment for loose stools

for perianal/perigenital / diaper rash if it is less then you can go for simple coconut oil as well as any rash cream which is available for diaper rash like
(rashfree / ezinapi / b4napi / zincal)
but if it is not improving then at night time you can add t bact cream in the perianal area which will help in decreasing the rash.

to prevent the diaper rash in the future kindly apply coconut oil before making the child wear the diaper 
whenever you are taking any medicine which has been given by your doctor you have to wait and watch for few days and follow the ixnstructions given by the doctor and if there is no improvement after three days then take a follow up.
so kindly take a follow up with your doctor who will tell you whether any change in medicine or any other investigation is needed or not .
