my baby has diaper rash, applying rash cream and it got worse, what to do? any suggestions

Boroline antiseptic cream you can apply as of now that is going to be quite good for you to use and also check is it only a simple rash fungal infection that it is getting worse over the period because fungal infection also happened with kids during this time when you use diaper for a very long time
