my baby has bubbles in his palm what is this can you please explain how to do treatment

A. This is just looking like a mosquito bite and nothing else so mix some Kapoor into coconut oil and apply that regularly onto that affected area regularly 3 to 4 times in that is it is going to settle down over the period
