Q.

my baby has a fewer 100.4 from last night and also doing vomiting what should I do?

A. yes can be due to fever. for this query you can consult a nearby doctor who can advise you after a proper check up so that you can follow that is given by the doctor about the issue concerned .

A. good morning I would recommend that you would immediately take the baby to the pediatrician in the meantime you can try to give paracetamol to the baby at least to make so that the temperature comes down
