My baby has a black dot in his tooth can i get the answer that why do that black spot occurs in his gums

And also if it is in the tooth or the gum..

If You are giving any kind of an iron supplement to the child and these things are completely possible and still if it is not due to iron supplement or anything then you should consult a child dentist once regarding the same because it would be important to get a check with your doctor ones thae
