My baby has 3 years 4months, she getting vomiting sensation at morning, she could not able to eat anything like tiffin snacks whatever it might be.what can we do now please suggest

A. Namaste Mom, How is with brushing her teeth and rinsing it well enough both at night and morning ? also notice her urine and motion output as such
