DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 3.4 years old and her hair is not growing properly so give her vitamin A and D rich food items and use coconut oil daily

Hello maโam Consult a dermatologist if you want to because if using the growth has stopped and itโs not going in all these things maybe there is some issue into the scalp which is why this is happening so it would be best to get a check with your dermatologist and accordingly a doctor can advise with the shampoo or something
