My Baby Hair density decreasing and hair fall situation have been observed from last 2-3 month he is now 4 months old what to do is it normal conditions or should we consult dermatologist

Hair fall is very common in babies because Delhi on a same position for very long as and this is the main reason behind the hair fall. So you should definitely not worry about it at all. Rather than this you just have to maintain and start doing a massage with virgin coconut oil. It will help in curing babies hair fall.
