Q.
My baby had very warm feet and palm and he vomited 3 times last night.. bt he doesn’t have any fever neither he vomited… bit he looks very tired and weak and eyes are also very weak should I consult doctor?

Yes You should consult your doctor just to be more sure about it maybe your child had indigestion last night which is why your child vomited but as of now if your child is normal not having fever and all that is good but maybe due to indigestion and vomiting your child is suffering with weakness of Dr can advise you with certain supplements you should start with
