My baby had a scalpfull of hair when born, now after completing 4 months I see his hair fall. what could be the reason?

Actually kids have a dead layer of skin on the hair which is called cradle cap and it comes like a small scattered pieces of skin and take a lot of hair away and that’s normal to be seen so once you get the scalp shaved after that you will not face the problem
