My baby got vaccinated 10 days ago 1 and half month vaccine she had fever for day days n red thick lump has developed ..now pus is coming from injection site ...plz let me know how will it get healed

It’ll Not heal on its own it has developed an infection inside it which is why the puss coming out of it I’m just going to advise you to just get get the infection out of it and then you can clean it with beta Dean and cover it that’s what you can do as of now and do consult your paediatrician ones
