Shabnam SheikhMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hi.. instead of diaper rash cream Clean with cotton dipped in lukewarm water.
Once cleaned pat dry with clean cotton cloth.. No harsh rubbin.
After every clean up use coconut oil or castor oil or mix of both and apply over anam region as well as groin folds..
Maximum keep in langot with air moving in n out freely..
When in diaper at night.. Change every 4 hour complusory.. Keep an alarm and change
