my baby got red rashes on her forehead and hands , when she woke up in the morning and even vomited . she ate ragi in dinner last night . what can be the reason for rashes and vomiting . she is teething also.

A. hello mum she might be allergic to somthing she touched in the night it is better is visit a pediatrician for this as he or she might be able to guide you better.
