My baby got his 45th day vaccination on jan 18 but still his tigh is swollen and i can feel some bulge inside in tigh..he is having pain sometime in that place..i appiled Thromophob oinment in that place still no getting cure ....what can i do for it ...is there any serious issue

A. if there is no fever are pain probably know need to worry it will take few week sometimes months to disappear totally if the spelling is having pain then consult a doctor
