My baby got fever from yesterday temp is 99 to 100 is it dengue actually she eat musambi she got cough and got fever… or my baby doesn’t get teeth now she is getting teeth under jaw fever bcz of teeth or else will u pls suggest me

A. it's not due to mausambi, might be teething fever. if you taken temperature correct method with thermometer it is less than 100 degrees F it's normal . otherwise give syp paracetamol in proper dose
