my baby girl weight was 3.8 on April 3rd today we checked the weight again it was 4.2 kg her birth weight was 2.1 while got discharged she was 1.8 is ths weight gain is good or need to improve more she is currently 3 months 12 days

A. dear Mum baby double the birth weight by 6 months or less the weight gain of your baby is good baby should triple the birth weight by 1 year exclusively breastfeed till 6 months complete
