A. Hai good afternoon !! Due to winter ,skin becomes dry and patchy. So do oil or milk cream massage ,applying lotion after bath helps in nourishing skin. Fresh fruits and vegetables ,leafy vegetables,almonds powder/almond milk are good for skin.
